  • Pinterest Influencer Collaborations: Partnering with influencers for Pinterest-based marketing campaigns.
  • Facebook Influencer Promotions: Running influencer promotions and ads on Facebook.
  • Influencer Affiliate Marketing: Managing affiliate marketing programs with influencers.
  • Event Marketing: Organizing and promoting events in collaboration with influencers.
  • Influencer Marketing: Providing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms to boost brand visibility.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided to us, including contact details, payment information, and campaign objectives, is accurate and up to date.
  • Respect Influencer Agreements: You agree to comply with any agreements made with influencers and acknowledge that Noah Influencer acts as a facilitator between you and the influencer.
  • Compliance: Ensure that your campaigns, products, and services comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, privacy laws, and intellectual property laws.
  • Payments: You agree to pay for services as outlined in the agreement or invoice provided by Noah Influencer. Payment must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice.

4. Influencer Responsibilities

As an influencer, you agree to:

  • Content Creation: Create and publish content according to the specifications agreed upon with Noah Influencer and the client.
  • Honesty and Transparency: Be transparent about sponsored content and disclose any paid promotions as required by law.
  • Content Ownership: Ensure that any content you create is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Clients will pay Noah Influencer based on the agreed-upon service fees, which will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
  • Payment Methods: Payments may be processed via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed payment methods. All payments must be made on time, and any late payments may incur a late fee.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for services once they have been rendered, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Client Content: Clients retain ownership of all content they provide to Noah Influencer, including logos, images, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Influencer Content: Influencers retain ownership of the content they create but grant Noah Influencer and the client a non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Noah Influencer Content: All content created and provided by Noah Influencer, including branding and marketing materials, remains the property of Noah Influencer.

7. Confidentiality

Both clients and influencers agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of their relationship with Noah Influencer. This includes marketing strategies, financial details, and any other non-public information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Influencer is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business, or any third-party claims.

9. Termination

Noah Influencer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or services if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Clients or influencers may also terminate their agreement with Noah Influencer by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of their specific agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Noah Influencer may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
